Aaron Lee has spent his life dancing with creativity — first as a designer and animator, then as an agency founder, and now as a coach helping leaders rediscover their imagination. His work has touched brands like Disney, Dunkin’, Orangetheory, Aveda, and SAP, but his favorite project is helping people remember that they’re already creative geniuses.

Aaron Lee is a globally recognized entrepreneurial, creative, and marketing leader with a passion for helping leadership teams grow with purpose, clarity, and creativity. Through his coaching practice, SIXQ, Aaron blends over 35 years of hands-on business experience with the proven Bloom Growth OS to guide leaders and their teams through transformative growth journeys. His approach integrates strategic coaching, execution frameworks, and creative problem-solving to help organizations unlock their full potential.
Aaron’s leadership experience spans decades of brand and marketing strategy for top global names like Orangetheory Fitness, Massage Envy, Disney, Aveda, Motorola, and Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), among many others. In 2001, he founded iluma Agency, a trailblazer in digital marketing for franchise brands, which grew rapidly and was honored four times on the Inc. 5000 list and multiple Best Places to Work rankings before successfully merging with Peak Seven in 2023.
In addition to his coaching and consulting work, Aaron recently accepted the role of Chairman of the Board at Mirth and Mischief Productions, an immersive and visionary fantasy entertainment company. This role reflects Aaron’s lifelong creative passion and expands his leadership into the world of experiential storytelling and themed entertainment, where he helps shape the strategies for engagement, leadership, and growth.
Aaron also continues to serve in his 15th consecutive year as a volunteer member leader in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Currently Aaron leads the EO Organizational Strategy & Planning Council, to synchronize the efforts of 22 global teams across EO.
Most recently in a regional EO leadership role, Aaron served as the Regional Chair for the EO U.S. East. In this role he lead a professional and volunteer advisory board of 30 to support 22 local EO chapters. This also follows previous regional roles as Member Experience Director, Area Director and previously as President of the South Florida Chapter delivering historic member renewals.
After joining EO in 2010, he served the South Florida Board of Directors as the Communications and then Learning Chair for 6 years, and was awarded the EO Global Communications Chair of the Year Award in 2013. He also oversaw communications and marketing for the 2013 EO Global University in Miami and for EO Nerve 2019 in Charleston. Aaron is also a graduate of the EO Global Leadership Academy, Global Speakers Academy, and was awarded the EO “Living Beyond Yourself” award for his ongoing contributions to the organization.
Building on 35+ years of entrepreneurial, organizational, and marketing leadership, Aaron is now focused on helping today’s leaders through his strategic growth coaching and marketing practice, SIXQ. Serving as a strategic growth coach with Bloom Growth and providing fractional CMO consulting, Aaron brings decades of entrepreneurial, organizational, digital, marketing and brand leadership experience to his client partners across a variety of industries.
As an experienced coach & entrepreneur, Aaron keenly understands the challenges of navigating growth. That’s exactly why he’s so passionate about the Bloom Growth OS. It gives owners and leadership teams the systems, rhythm, and confidence they need to scale without burning out. (just as it did for him). Aaron’s is clear about his “why” and purpose. Serving others with love and creativity to inspire transformation is what gets him out of bed and through the challenges of life. That clarity of purpose has driven his own transformational journey.
Based in his “happy place” of Woodstock, Georgia, Aaron has been married to his wife Lisa for almost 30 years and is a proud father to three thriving adult children. Outside of coaching and leading, he’s also currently producing his first animated film and documentary, The Last Butterfly — a passion project that reflects his lifelong belief in the power of ideas to inspire transformation.
